Opening Night: Comedy Club Delft goes International

Wednesday 11 November 2015

Theater de Veste will open its doors for an International line-up of stand-up comedians and its audience. Following the success of our Dutch comedy nights, now it’s the time to put the spotlight on comedians from abroad. Bring all of your friends and join us for a night of laugh-out-loud comedy, right in the heart of Delft.

  • Damian Clark (MC) [AU] – Aussie boy Damian Clark burst into the UK comedy circuit in 2012 where his high-octane observational stand up has certainly caused some waves. Clark’s infectious energy and childlike outlook has had audiences in hysterics from the get-go and was snapped up immediately to appear on BBC3 & Comedy Central.
  • Keith Farnan [IRL] – Formerly a solicitor, Irish comedian Keith Farnan has performed as a stand-up all over the world, from the Boston International Comedy Festival to Hong Kong to the Middle East. He has appeared on television on ‘Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow’ (BBC1) as well as ‘One Night Stand’ (Dave). “Brilliant and laugh out loud funny” – Time Out.
  • Jamali Maddix [UK] – Jamali Maddix is one of the UK’s most exciting new acts. Having won the Comedy Cafe New Act of the Year Competition and the Chortle Student Comedian of the Year Award 2014 he is definitely one to watch. The 23-year-old Londoner has been crowned Britain’s funniest student, making him one of the many promising comedy talents for the future.
